Temporary Structure
As this product is categorized as a temporary structure , it can be placed anywhere on you plot and wont count into your FSI . The Boho Pods can also be placed in CRZ 1 zones with nominal permissions.
Plug & Play in 30 Days
As majority of the work is carried out at our factory, installing the pod / cabin is a simple plug and play activity at your site. The whole process is completed within 30 days from site handover.

The outright payment process is a no brainer, simple put down a booking amount based on the Pod you choose and pay the remaining amount in four equated payouts over a period of 5 weeks. ( 20:20:20:20:20 )
EQUATED MONTHLY INSTALLMENT *
With this super-easy payment plan the Boho Pod can be yours with a downpayment of just Rs. 5 lakhs and the remaining to be paid in Equated Monthly Installments ( EMI ) of 6 or 12 months.
* Subject to CIBIL score and bank approval.

LEASE PROGRAM *
The Lease Program is easy, simply put a downpayment of INR 5 Lakhs and lease the Pod with a monthly payment of INR 50k for a lock-in period of 5 years. This option is perfect for micro resorts or home stays rentals.
